The Environmental Impact Studies are mainly focused on Ports and Marinas based on the Environmental Conditions Approval (AEPO). The Studies include, but are not limited to the following:

• Reference on the current regime of establishment and operation of the Port to which the study concerns
• Description of all Port facilities under the agency’s jurisdiction accompanied by photographic illustration (display with cameras and drones)
• Registration of all elements and means of each Port or Marina which may affect the environment in any way
• Details of the Ships and Vessels serviced at the Port’s facilities under the Organisation’s responsibility
• Brief description of the current Ship Waste Collection and Management Plan, which will include all existing infrastructures
• Brief description of the current Oil Spill Response Contingency Plan as well as the location of the existing anti-pollution equipment
